Refund Policy

If you change your mind about your purchase and have not yet downloaded, consumed, or viewed our product, we will gladly issue a refund upon your request.
Please note that refunds will not be provided if you have already logged in and visited the “Online Courses,” “Magazines,” “Dashboard,” or “My Account” page(s).
Furthermore, if you have purchased a course from us, a refund will not be granted if you have started more than one module.
Refund requests submitted after downloading our product will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and will be issued at our discretion. Any refund requests must be made within thirty (7) days of your original purchase. Kindly be aware that in the event a refund is approved, the customer making the refund request will be responsible for covering the fees of the refund.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend Your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if You breach these Terms and Conditions.
Upon termination, Your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

Product Download
Our products are exclusively available for download over the Internet. Once your purchase is approved, we will begin processing your order. Processing times are typically instantaneous but may take up to twenty-four (24) hours to complete. Upon completion, you will receive a confirmation email at the email address provided in your order form, which will serve as your electronic purchase receipt and contain instructions for accessing your product downloads.
We closely monitor downloads from our servers to ensure successful access to our products. While we allow a reasonable number of downloads, any abuse of this privilege will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to terminate your access to our download servers if such abuse is detected.
